Phytoestrogen Decreases Risk of Prostate Cancer
In a recent Swedish study, phytoestrogen was shown to decrease the risk of prostate cancer. The study compared questionnaire data from 1,499 people with prostate cancer and 1,130 cancer-free individuals. The results concluded that foods high in phytoestrogen such as soy, sunflower seeds, berries and peanuts, are associated with a lower risk of prostate cancer.
